SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Any order received before 12 AM on Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

For the UK, the postage and packaging are free.
For worldwide, PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR P & P PRICE.
International returns:
If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains ‘returned goods’.

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know so that we can resolve the issue for you. It’s really important to us that you are happy with your order. We will always do our best to sort out any problems, so please give us the chance to do so before leaving negative feedback.
Please use the returns form provided in your parcel if you wish to return your item(s) to us, we will be in touch once we have processed your return. No prior contact is required.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons make sure item is not used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 working days of receipt.
We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us.
Please complete the Returns Form with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us.
Liability:
The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service. A link to a discounted tracked service can be found on the ‘returns’ section of eBay.
Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.
If you ask for a full refund, then we’ll deduce the postage charge and issue a refund.
How long does the return take?
Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.
Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
